Job summary

Penspen, a leading energy services company, is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee FEED and EPC initiatives in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction interfaces, with emphasis on schedule, cost control, and risk management.

You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure documentation flow between client, EPC, and vendors, and drive milestone achievement for multi-hundred-million-dollar projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of project management and project engineering experience in FEED, EPC and early project development (FEL1 and FEL2).
• 8+ years coordinating administration of onshore/offshore project activities including technical, contracts, logistics and support for a $100 million+ project.
• PMC experience at a similar role for several years is preferable.

Key Responsibilities

Experience Required

• At least 15 years of prior project management and project engineering experience in the FEED, EPC as well as front end part of the project development (FEL1 and FEL2).
• At least 8 years of recent experience in managing & coordinating administration of onshore / offshore project activities including technical, contracts, logistics and support.
• PMC experience at similar role for at least several years is preferable.
• Fifteen (15) years Alternative (I) or Eighteen (18) years Alternative (II) Experience of Engineering/Construction/ Project Management experience on major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical/ building and infrastructure Projects.
• Eight (8) years or more of recent experience in managing & coordinating administration of onshore / offshore project activities including technical, contracts, logistics and support of a (US) $100 million or more project.

Education Qualifications

Alternative (I) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/ Construction/Project Management; Alternative (II) Diploma in Engineering/ Construction/Project Management

Skills Required

• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco procedures/practices is beneficial.
• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.
