Job summary

Penspen seeks a Senior Environmental Engineer - HSE Manager in Alkhafji to lead HSE strategy for a major Oil & Gas project. You will oversee FEED safety, regulatory compliance, and offshore contractor oversight to ensure safety and reliability across the asset lifecycle.

The role requires 18+ years in construction safety for large Oil & Gas projects, with at least 10 years in Oil & Gas/Petrochemical industries and active membership in a professional HSE body. PMC experience desirable.

Main Purpose Of The Role

The HSE Manager will be an experienced within the Oil & Gas sector; preferably with PMC experience for a very exciting project. You should have a strong background on HSE management, FEED, Design and in particular Offshore contractor oversight to ensure regulatory compliance and international standards are adhered to.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Administration / Business or closely related field.

Member of an appropriate professional organization for HSE.

Years Of Experience

Eighteen (18) years of experience;

Ten (10) years of which within the field of Construction Safety for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical projects.
