Job summary

Penspen is seeking an experienced project leadership professional for onshore oil and gas projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves overseeing discipline engineers, coordinating across multi-disciplinary teams and ensuring FEED contractor performance.

Applicants should have a Bachelor's in Engineering with 10+ years in engineering, procurement, construction and project support, and familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards is beneficial. Location is Alkhafji, Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Managing discipline engineers, planning and scheduling engineer and detail interdisciplinary coordination between projects / site input / stakeholders / FEED / EPC engineers etc.


• Coordination between projects team and multidisciplinary input


• Oversee entire project execution and FEED contractor performance


• Oversee FEED contractor schedules, prepare weekly and monthly reports and delay analysis 5. Monitor the budget and cost control, oversee timesheet submissions, leave requests and provide overall support to Team Leads

Knowledge / Experience (Skills)

• At least Ten (10) years' experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support activities for major Oil and Gas/Petrochemical Onshore projects.


• PMC experience at similar role is preferable.


• Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard and procedures/practices is beneficial.


• Previous exposure to construction and commissioning phases is beneficial but not mandatory.


• Computer literate with all MS Packages, particularly Word and Excel proficient.

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering in the appropriate field
