Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. seeks an experienced HSE Lead to guide health, safety and environmental activities for a major NEOM water infrastructure project through completion, commissioning, handover and close-out.

You will work with project leadership, contractors and client stakeholders to ensure compliance with Jacobs, NEOM and regulatory HSE requirements, driving a strong safety culture and risk management for a safe transition to operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of HSE experience on major infrastructure, utilities, water, industrial, energy or construction projects.
• Experience supporting commissioning and project close-out activities.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems, risk management, incident investigation, permit-to-work, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead all HSE activities for project completion, commissioning, startup, and handover.
• Ensure compliance with project HSE plans, NEOM requirements, regulatory obligations, and Jacobs policies.
