Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to lead civil infrastructure projects at NEOM. You will manage design, planning and execution from concept to handover, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and an ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams across a major programme. Onsite work in NEOM is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of civil engineering and construction project experience.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, engineering standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Baseline schedule development, program analysis, progress monitoring and performance tracking.
• Experience with 3D modeling and design software such as Autodesk Plant 3D and Aveva E3D.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects from detailed design through completion.
• Ensure compliance with codes, safety regulations and client requirements.
• Oversee design, planning and execution of infrastructure projects and mentor junior engineers.
• Monitor project execution against baseline schedule and track procurement.
• Prepare progress reports highlighting delays, risks and mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary activities and lead contractor meetings to resolve issues.
• Review designs, calculations, shop drawings, and method statements for compliance.
• Identify and manage project risks through continuous monitoring and mitigation.
