We are seeking an HSE Lead to join our team at NEOM and provide leadership for health, safety, and environmental activities during the completion, commissioning, handover, and close-out of a major water infrastructure project.
Lead the Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) function for a major water infrastructure project entering its close-out phase. Working closely with project leadership, contractors, commissioning teams, and client stakeholders, you will ensure all project completion, testing & commissioning, punch list, and handover activities are executed in accordance with Jacobs, NEOM, and regulatory HSE requirements. The role will focus on maintaining a strong safety culture, managing risk during final project activities, driving contractor compliance, and ensuring a safe transition to operations.
