Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Senior Water Engineering Manager (Water Transmission) to join the NEOM team and lead the completion, commissioning, handover, and close-out of a major water transmission project.

You will oversee engineering activities, coordinate with contractors and client stakeholders, and ensure asset performance and regulatory compliance. The role emphasizes leadership across civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, GIS, and BIM teams, with a focus

Qualifications

20+ years of experience in water engineering, with large-scale transmission projects.
Experience delivering projects through construction, commissioning and handover.
Familiarity with BIM environments and digital project delivery platforms.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of project controls, risk management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

Lead engineering activities for completion and close-out of water transmission assets.
Provide technical leadership during testing, commissioning and handover.
Ensure water transmission systems meet design intent and regulatory standards.
Coordinate reviews of commissioning records, test results, and handover packages.
Support operational readiness and transition from construction to operations.
