Job summary

Jacobs seeks an Interface Manager for NEOM's major water infrastructure program. You will lead internal and external interfaces, coordinating engineers, contractors, and client stakeholders to ensure timely completion, handover, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities include maintaining the interface register, leading interface meetings, and driving issue resolution across disciplines, while aligning commissioning plans with project close-out goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of interface management, project management, or related delivery experience.
• Experience on major infrastructure, utilities, water, or industrial projects.
• Strong understanding of engineering, construction, commissioning, and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

• Lead identification, management, and resolution of project interfaces across contractors, consultants, and client stakeholders.
• Maintain the interface register with actions, dependencies, and risks from start to close.
• Coordinate interface meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements for timely decisions.
• Drive resolution of technical, construction, commissioning, and operational interface issues.
• Ensure interface requirements are in commissioning plans and handover strategies.
• Monitor contractor performance related to interface deliverables and milestones.
• Collaborate with engineering, construction, commercial, HSE, controls, GIS/BIM, and commissioning teams.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate interface-related risks affecting delivery and handover.
• Support handover documentation review, asset information, and acceptance requirements.
• Provide regular interface status updates and risk recommendations to leadership.
