Job summary

Jacobs Engineering Group Inc. is seeking a Senior ICT Engineer to lead ICT completion, testing, commissioning and handover for a major water infrastructure project at NEOM.

You will coordinate with contractors, commissioning teams, operations representatives and client stakeholders to ensure ICT systems are installed, tested, integrated and handed over per project requirements. The role requires 10+ years of ICT experience on large-scale projects, strong knowledge of cabling, LAN/WAN, telecoms,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of ICT engineering experience on major infrastructure projects including commissioning and handover.
• CCNA/CCNP or equivalent certifications preferred.
• Experience on large-scale water, utilities or infrastructure projects in the Middle East desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead ICT completion, testing, commissioning and handover activities for water infrastructure assets.
• Oversee ICT systems verification, acceptance, and integration with OT and supporting infrastructure.
• Coordinate resolution of defects, RFIs, NCRs and testing/commissioning reports.
• Review ICT testing procedures and ensure proper handover of as-built drawings, asset records and O&M docs.
• Coordinate handover with clients, operations teams and contractors, and support training and knowledge transfer.
