Job summary

Saudi government-backed Vocational & Technical Institute is seeking an experienced HSE Analyst to monitor compliance with policies, conduct risk assessments, and investigate incidents. You will analyze HSE data and support safety training while ensuring alignment with local and international standards.

The role requires 5+ years in HSE, a related Bachelor's degree, and preferred certifications (NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA). GCC experience is advantageous; strong English reporting skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant HSE experience.
• Experience in vocational institutes or industrial environments preferred.
• NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure compliance with HSE policies, procedures and regulations.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections and workplace audits.
• Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions.
• Analyze HSE performance data and recommend improvements.
• Support safety awareness programs and employee training initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and international HSE standards.
