Job summary

Absal Paul Contracting is seeking an HSE Engineer to provide technical expertise and support to ensure a safe and healthy working environment on construction sites.

The role assists in the development and implementation of HSE programs and initiatives, requiring a bachelor's degree in safety or related field and 8–12 years of experience. NEBOSH GradIOSH or similar certifications are preferred, with strong communication and analytical skills. Nationality: Saudi.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or related field.
• NEBOSH, GradIOSH/CMIOSH, ASP/CSP certifications preferred.
• 8–12 years of experience in HSE roles within construction or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of HSE principles and practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
