Job summary

Absal Paul Contracting in Saudi Arabia is seeking an HSE Officer to support the implementation of HSE programs and initiatives. You will help develop and deliver HSE training, conduct safety inspections and audits, and assist in investigating accidents and incidents.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in HSE or a related field, NEBOSH or IOSH certifications are preferred, and a minimum of three years' experience in construction HSE. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.
