PrimeGate for Communications and IT seeks an HRMS Technical Consultant to implement, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS applications, delivering scalable solutions for HR operations.

The role involves analyzing requirements, developing customizations, reports, APIs, and integrations, plus troubleshooting and performance optimization to ensure system reliability and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS).
• Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and BI Publisher/XML Publisher.

Responsibilities

• Develop, customize, and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications based on business requirements.
• Analyze technical and functional requirements and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher reports, and PL/SQL objects.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Oracle EBS and other enterprise applications.
• Create and maintain Concurrent Programs, Value Sets, Request Sets, Interfaces, and APIs.
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, issue resolution, and performance optimization.
• Support system upgrades, patches, data migration, and enhancement activities.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, design documents, and system specifications.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, business users, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure system stability, reliability, and compliance with business and technical requirements.
