Job summary

Client of imploy in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HCM consultant to lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Labor, Absence Mgmt and Talent Management modules across Oracle Fusion, SAP, and Workday. You will design rules, interfaces, and workflows aligned to local policies.

The role requires strong business-process analysis, data migration, and stakeholder management, plus training of super users and ongoing support while ensuring SOX/GAAP

Qualifications

• Experience leading multi-country HR system implementations.
• Strong knowledge of core HR, payroll, time and attendance, and talent management.
• Ability to translate HR requirements into technical specs and interfaces.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system implementation and configuration of HCM modules.
• Align business processes with system capabilities and ensure compliance.
• Develop extensions, reports, and data migrations; troubleshoot integrations.
• Provide user training and maintain process documentation.
• Oversee SOX/GAAP compliance and perform UAT and security validations.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, IT and Payroll teams.

Core Responsibilities

System Implementation amp Configuration

Lead end-to-end implementation of HCM Core HR Payroll Benefits Time and Labor Absence Mgmt Talent Mgmt modules in Oracle Fusion SAP Workday Configure fast formulas business rules workflows and approval hierarchies aligned to policies Design interfaces between HCM and third-party systems

Business Process Alignment

Conduct gap analysis between system functionality and business requirements Translate HR operational needs into technical specifications e g accruals multi-country payroll Advise best practices for period close reporting and compliance

Customization amp Integration

Develop extensions custom reports and dashboards OTBI BI Publisher Manage data conversions migrations legacy to new systems Troubleshoot integration issues with timekeeping ERP or benefits platforms

User Support amp Training

Resolve L3 functional technical issues e g payroll calculation errors Train super users on system features and self-service portals Maintain configuration workbooks and process documentation

Compliance amp Testing

Ensure systems adhere to SOX GAAP and local labor laws Lead UAT regression testing and security role validations
