Job Description

As a Production Support Techno‑functional Finance consultant, you will be responsible for –

• Handling regular issue in HRMS & Payroll – Core HR, Payroll, Self Service, OLM etc.
• Monitoring the daily scheduled programs and supporting the tickets received from the end user.
• Able to Fix & assist the end user with the Production support issues (Related to Report, Interface, Workflow, AME)
• 24 x 7 support for the over applications.
• Able to do the bug fix/ production fix on a FastTrack process and coordinating with other stakeholders.
• Provide Workaround to the stakeholder
• Also have knowledge on the Oracle support to check the standard errors and follow up with Oracle.
