Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an Oracle HCM EBS Consultant in Riyadh to drive implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions for clients. You will work directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective HCM configurations.

Responsibilities include leading module implementations, configuring and validating custom solutions, and training end-users while staying current with Oracle HCM best practices to maximize system value.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM EBS implementations or similar.
Strong understanding of Oracle HCM EBS modules and functionalities.
Experience configuring and customizing Oracle HCM applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for client requirements.
Proficient in business process analysis and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead the implementation of Oracle HCM EBS modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Performance Management.
Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored HCM solutions.
Customize and configure Oracle HCM EBS modules to integrate with existing HR systems and processes.
Conduct testing and validation to ensure business objectives and compliance.
Provide training and support to end-users and HR teams on Oracle HCM EBS.
Monitor and resolve issues related to HCM functionality, performance, and UX.
Stay informed about new Oracle HCM features and best practices to maximize system capabilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR service delivery.
