Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) invites applications for an Oracle ERP HRMS consultant to join our delivery team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. You will contribute to implementation and support projects across Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence and Payroll.

You will configure HR workflows, flex fields, and data migration via Oracle HR APIs, guide business users through Fit-Gap analysis, and produce design docs, test scripts, and training materials. Arabic language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in Oracle ERP – Implementation & Support projects with Oracle EBS Core HR, SSHR, Absence, Payroll, Learning management, Talent Management etc.
• Setup HR related Descriptive Flex Fields, Key Flex Fields, Validation Sets, and Special Information Types, security Profile attachments, users, responsibilities, request sets and menus etc.
• Independently drive the business users to understand the functional requirements, gather, and analyze the business requirements, perform the Fit-Gap analysis and provide production support.
• Responsible for the various project deliverables documents - Solution design, Functional Specifications, Setup Documents, SIT-UAT Test Scripts, Reporting requirements, Training materials etc.
• Configure and implement Oracle HRMS workflows, including approval processes, notifications, and ability to work independently on API hooks, data migration through Oracle HR APIs.
• Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner working in Integrated Project Teams.
• Arabic Speaker is an added advantage.
