Job summary

Müller’s Solutions is seeking an Oracle HCM EBS Consultant in Riyadh to drive implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM solutions for clients. You will work directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into effective HCM configurations.

Responsibilities include leading module implementations, configuring and validating custom solutions, and training end-users while staying current with Oracle HCM best practices to maximize system value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience with Oracle HCM EBS implementations or similar.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM EBS modules and functionalities.
• Experience configuring and customizing Oracle HCM applications.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for client requirements.
• Proficient in business process analysis and performance improvement.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance HR service delivery.

In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and optimization of Oracle HCM EBS solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into effective HCM solutions.
