The role requires 5–7 years of HRIS experience, strong analytic capabilities, and a track record of successful system implementations in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with IT and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, or related field; master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of HRIS administration experience.
• Strong understanding of HRIS, data management, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel and HR reporting skills.
• Experience leading system implementations and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee HRIS configuration, maintenance, and optimization.
• Lead new HRIS modules rollout and project management.
• Provide guidance to HR teams on HR tech usage.
• Conduct data audits ensuring HR data integrity.
• Generate complex HR reports and analyses.
• Deliver training sessions for HR and system users.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure system reliability and upgrades.
• Liaise with vendors and manage service agreements.
• Research HRIS best practices and drive improvements.
• Support change management and act as HRIS change agent.
