Job summary

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a Senior Specialist - HRIS to manage and enhance our HRIS, ensuring smooth HR operations. You will lead configuration, implementation, and optimization of HR systems, driving analytics-based decision making across the organization.

The role requires 5-7 years in HRIS administration with strong data management, reporting, and Excel skills, plus excellent project management and stakeholder collaboration abilities. Bachelor’s in HR/IT; Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master's degree preferred. 5-7 years of HRIS administration or related HR functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance, configuration and optimization of the HRIS.
• Lead implementation of new HRIS modules and enhancements from inception to rollout.
• Provide guidance and support to HR teams in utilizing HR technology for strategic initiatives.
• Conduct data audits to ensure integrity of HR information.
• Generate complex reports and analyses to drive HR strategy and measure programs.
• Facilitate training sessions for HR personnel and system users.
• Collaborate with IT to ensure system reliability and oversee upgrades.
• Liaise with software vendors on service agreements and vendor relationships.
• Research HRIS best practices and stay updated on industry trends.
• Support change management efforts and act as a change agent within HR.
