Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field; Master's preferred.
• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience with HR transformation exposure.
• Proven leadership of enterprise-wide transformation in large industrial organizations.
• Strong track record in Organization Effectiveness, Talent Management, OD, Change Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of the HR Transformation Strategy aligned with corporate priorities.
• Drive enterprise-wide organizational capability and transformation initiatives in a complex environment.
• Lead organization effectiveness programs to boost productivity and performance.
• Design operating models and structures to support growth and efficiency.
• Establish strategic workforce planning frameworks for readiness and future needs.
• Lead talent management and succession planning to strengthen leadership pipelines.
• Develop job architecture with families, competency models, and grading structures.
• Oversee total rewards design, evaluation, and competitiveness.
• Govern governance for major transformation programs with stakeholder engagement and change management.
• Set transformation KPIs, track progress, and report outcomes to senior management.
