Job summary

HCP Automotive is seeking an accomplished HR Manager to join the leadership team in Saudi Arabia, shaping people culture and performance to align with ambitious growth. You will partner with senior leaders to implement contemporary HR strategy across organisational development, talent, and succession planning.

The role requires five+ years in HR management, strong leadership and commercial judgement, and Saudi nationality, reporting to the leadership team and driving a high-performance people

• Saudi Arabian nationality is mandatory for this role.

• At least five years progressive HR management experience, ideally gained within a leading corporate or diversified group.
• A strong understanding of contemporary HR strategy, organisational development and employee lifecycle management.
• Demonstrable experience partnering with senior stakeholders and operating effectively within a complex, high-performance environment.
• Strong leadership, communication, influencing and relationship-building capabilities.
• A pragmatic, solutions-oriented approach, combined with sound commercial judgement.
• The ambition, maturity and credibility to make a meaningful contribution at both strategic and operational levels.
• Saudi Arabian nationality, which is an essential requirement for this appointment.
