Job summary

Talent at is recruiting for a Head of Human Resources in Riyadh to lead end-to-end HR programs across a holding group. The role translates group strategy into scalable policies, standardized processes, and measurable people outcomes with strong governance, compliance, and employee experience across subsidiaries.

The successful candidate will drive HR governance, talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, ER, HR ops and payroll coordination, and

Qualifications

• 15+ years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Experience in multi-entity / holding / matrix environments.
• Strong labor law compliance and governance with documented risk control.
• Strong HR analytics and executive reporting capabilities.
• Policy design and standardization with adoption via SLAs and playbooks.
• Leadership skills: coaching, accountability, stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern annual HR roadmap and policy framework.
• Oversee talent acquisition governance and onboarding standards.
• Lead performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Build group learning framework and annual training calendar.
• Coordinate compensation governance and benefits analytics.
• Manage employee relations, ER case standards, and escalation.
• Drive HR ops, payroll coordination, HRIS adoption and data governance.
• Ensure compliance readiness, audits, and risk mitigation.
• Lead HR harmonization across subsidiaries during restructures.
