Job summary

One95 Global is seeking a Senior HR Manager to lead the HR function in Riyadh, standardise local policies within the global framework, and drive talent, engagement, retention and compliance. The role focuses on succession planning, leadership assessment, and transition to HR shared services across the region.

Qualifications

• Saudi Nationals only.
• Must have led a team of at least 5 people.
• Experience in a company with 500+ employees.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Significant senior HR leadership experience in a multinational or consulting/engineering environment.
• Strong knowledge of local labour law and HR compliance.
• Experience in organisational design, change management, talent management and leadership development.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills for senior leaders.
• Experience using HR technologies/HRIS and analytics to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy aligned with business plan and transformation agenda.
• Deliver end-to-end HR across the geography, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, L&D, compensation and benefits, employee relations and HR operations.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws, regulatory requirements and internal HR policies.
• Own salary structures, benchmarking, benefits, annual reviews and salary adjustments.
• Partner with leadership on organisational design, change management and culture initiatives, including restructuring and workforce planning.
• Lead workforce planning with Saudization, DEI and succession planning considerations.
• Mentor HR leaders and high-potential talent; foster continuous learning and leadership capabilities.
