CLIENT OF AIQU is seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Manager in Riyadh to drive strategic change initiatives, partnering with senior leaders to design and implement comprehensive programs that enhance operational excellence and sustainable growth across the organization.

You will lead end-to-end transformation, collaborate with executives, mentor teams, and manage governance, ensuring timely delivery and measurable impact across functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field.
• 8+ years in management consulting, strategy, or transformation.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Fluent in English; Arabic beneficial.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leadership.
• Experience with change management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end business transformation strategies.
• Partner with C-suite to define program roadmaps.
• Mentor transformation teams and manage resources.
• Drive change management including comms and training.

About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Transformation Manager to spearhead strategic change initiatives in Riyadh The successful candidate will partner with senior leadership to design and implement comprehensive transformation programs driving operational excellence and sustainable growth across the organization

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of end-to-end business transformation strategies aligned with organizational objectives
• Collaborate with C-suite executives and cross-functional teams to identify improvement opportunities and define program roadmaps
• Manage and mentor transformation teams ensuring effective resource allocation and performance tracking
• Drive change management activities including communication plans training programs and stakeholder engagement
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators KPIs to measure project success and ensure continuous improvement
• Conduct business process analyses and recommend optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee program governance risk management and ensure timely delivery of transformation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in management consulting, strategy development, or business transformation roles
• Proven track record of leading large-scale transformation projects in corporate or consulting environments
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience engaging senior executives
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including team management and development
• Experience in change management methodologies and tools
• Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Fluent in English

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree
• Project Management Professional (PMP), PROSCI Change Management, or similar certifications
• Experience working in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, with knowledge of local business practices and regulations
• Proficiency in Arabic
• Experience with digital transformation initiatives and emerging technologies
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
