Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking an experienced HR Partner Middle East to drive the people strategy for Saudi Arabia, advising business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and engagement. The role combines strategic partnering with hands-on execution of HR cycle topics within the region.

The incumbent will work in the Regional HR Partner organization ME, supporting leadership teams and collaborating with global HR stakeholders to enable sustainable growth in Saudi

Qualifications

• Significant HR leadership experience in an international environment.
• Proven ability to advise leaders and drive organizational effectiveness.
• Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employment practices in the Middle East.
• Proven experience leading and developing HR teams; change management experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement and succession planning to support growth.
• Drive local implementation of Vanderlande's people strategy and HR initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Ensure execution of talent, performance, rewards, mobility, engagement, DEI, wellbeing and L&D programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Manage complex employee relations and people-related matters.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide people insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs and HR Functions.

Your role

As HR Partner Middle East you are responsible for leading the people agenda in Saudi-Arabia and supporting business leaders in achieving their objectives through effective people management and organizational development You will act as a trusted HR advisor understand business direction and play an important role in supporting leadership teams through change organizational development talent decisions workforce planning and proactively advise on a tactical level on potential people issues and challenges You will work in the Regional HR Partner organization Middle East and adopt global HR initiatives into impactful execution in Saudi Arabia taking local needs and market dynamics into account This role combines HR partnering with hands‑on execution of a o HR cycle topics

Your responsibilities

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on organizational design workforce planning talent management engagement and succession planning that support business growth
• Ensure effective execution of HR processes policies and programs including integration programs such as the Vanderlande Logistics integration Drive local implementation of Vanderlande s people strategy its global and regional HR initiatives in Saudi Arabia
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives
• Ensure effective execution of talent performance rewards mobility engagement DEI health amp wellbeing and learning amp development programs
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation regional employment practices and company policies
• Manage complex employee relations and people-related matters

• Collaborate closely with regional HR teams Global HRBPs and HR Functions

Your team

You will be part of the Global HR organization and report to the Regional HR Partner Lead ME. You will work with other HR Partners within Middle East and work closely with Saudi Arabia leadership team and global HR stakeholders to support sustainable business growth

Essential

• You have significant HR leadership experience within an international environment. You are a trusted advisor to leaders within a complex international organization. You have strong business acumen and a results-oriented mindset. You have experience working within Middle Eastern markets with proven knowledge of labor legislation and employment practices in Middle East. You have proven experience leading and developing HR teams. You have experience in change management and driving organizational transformation. You possess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. You can effectively work across different cultures and organizational levels. You communicate effectively across cultures and organizational levels. You are fluent in English and Arabic Language

Preferred

• You have experience supporting large-scale business growth and transformation within multinational organizations. You have experience within technology, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
