Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking an HR Partner Middle East for the Riyadh region, focusing on Saudi Arabia. You will partner with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness, talent decisions, workforce planning and change management across the region.

In this role you will implement Vanderlande’s global HR initiatives locally, ensure compliance with labor laws, and collaborate with regional HR teams and global HRBPs to support sustainable growth.

• Drive local implementation of Vanderlande’s people strategy, its global and regional HR initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Ensure effective execution of talent, performance, rewards, mobility, engagement, DEI, health & wellbeing and learning & development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor legislation, regional employment practices and company policies.
• Manage complex employee relations and people-related matters.
• Analyze workforce trends and metrics and provide people insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate closely with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs, and HR Functions.

Travel: 20% of your time, depending on business needs and regional priorities.

Are you passionate about driving people strategy in a fast-growing and entrepreneurial region? As HR Partner Middle East with focus on Saudi-Arabia, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement across the region.

Your role As HR Partner Middle East, you are responsible for leading the people agenda in Saudi-Arabia and supporting business leaders in achieving their objectives through effective people management and organizational development. You will act as a trusted HR advisor, understand business direction and play an important role in supporting leadership teams through change, organizational development, talent decisions, workforce planning and proactively advise on a tactical level on (potential) people issues and challenges. You will work in the Regional HR Partner organization Middle East and adopt global HR initiatives into impactful execution in Saudi Arabia taking local needs and market dynamics into account. This role combines HR partnering with hands‑on execution of (a.o.) HR cycle topics.

Your responsibilities

Your team

You will be part of the Global HR organization and report to the Regional HR Partner Lead ME. You will work with other HR Partners within Middle East and work closely with Saudi Arabia leadership team and global HR stakeholders to support sustainable business growth.

• You have experience working within Middle Eastern markets with proven knowledge of labor legislation and employment practices in Middle East.
• You have proven experience leading and developing HR teams.
• You have experience in change management and driving organisational transformation.
• You possess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• You can effectively work across different cultures and organisational levels.
• You communicate effectively across cultures and organisational levels.
• You are fluent in English and Arabic Language.

Preferred

• You have experience supporting large-scale business growth and transformation within multinational organizations.
• You have experience within technology, engineering, logistics, manufacturing, or industrial environments.
