Job summary

Rgheeb is seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations, implement approved policies, and align workflows with the company’s HR objectives. You will ensure timely completion of tasks and support senior management in sustaining compliant, efficient HR processes.

The role requires strong leadership, deep knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems, payroll and benefits management, and proficiency in MHRSD regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory HR role.
• Practical experience with HRIS / ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of MHRSD regulations and systems.
• Experience in payroll and employee benefits management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure efficient execution.
• Update and implement internal HR policies and procedures.
• Manage payroll, benefits, and end-of-service processes.
• Administer contracts, Iqama/work permit renewals, and onboarding.
• Prepare workforce and payroll reports and address inquiries.
• Lead HRIS projects and drive digital transformation.
