Job summary

PACC Offshore Services Holdings Ltd in Saudi Arabia seeks a Senior Executive, HR to shape employee experience across the Middle East, from onboarding through day-to-day HR support, including talent acquisition, onboarding, payroll validation and HR reporting.

You will manage employment contracts, documents, visas, medical insurance enrollments, audits, POSH training records, and contribute to HR projects and process improvements, ensuring compliance with local practices.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of HR operations experience.
• Experience managing end-to-end onboarding and talent acquisition transactions.
• Experience preparing HR documentation for audits and maintaining compliance records.
• Familiarity with Saudi Arabia HR practices.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires and manage onboarding transactions end-to-end.
• Prepare and maintain employment contracts, letters, and HR files.
• Support payroll validation and HR reporting for the Middle East.
• Maintain POSH training records and compliance documentation.
• Manage medical insurance enrollments and related records.
• Liaise with IT and hiring departments for smooth recruitment processes.
• Maintain HR databases, attendance, leave, and probation tracking.
• Prepare HR documentation for audits and support internal/external audits.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance employee experience.
