Job summary

The Cigna Group is seeking an HR Specialist in Saudi Arabia to deliver end-to-end HR operational support while managing government relations. The role ensures compliance with Saudi labor regulations and handles government platforms, contracts, permits, iqama, and visa matters, supporting employee lifecycle processes and payroll accuracy.

You will collaborate with government authorities and service providers, monitor Saudization, and maintain audit-ready employee records and HR documentation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Saudi labor legislation and immigration regulations.
• Experience in handling government platforms (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI, Mudad).
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end HR operational support and government relations in Saudi Arabia.
• Process and monitor contracts, work permits, iqama, and visa matters.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulatory requirements; audit-ready documentation.
• Maintain payroll inputs accuracy, benefits processing, attendance and leave records.
• Support audits, reporting, and regulatory submissions; assist workforce planning.
