Job summary

The Professionals seeks an HR Operational Specialist in Riyadh to oversee key HR processes and ensure compliance with local labor regulations. You will manage government portals, payroll, contracts, onboarding/offboarding, and support recruitment.

You will train and use HR systems (Jisr) and Notion for documentation, coordinate insurance enrollments, and maintain accurate records while safeguarding confidential information. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in HR operations.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and government HR portals.
• Proficiency in HRMS systems (Jisr preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee government compliance and portal management.
• Process payroll and ensure salary calculations are accurate.
• Coordinate employee medical insurance enrollments and claims.
• Prepare, manage, and renew employee contracts.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Implement and train users on HRIS (Jisr) and Notion.
• Identify hiring needs and support talent acquisition.
