Job summary

Waad Education in Jeddah is seeking an HR Operation Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations across our schools, ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, and deliver efficient HR services to staff.

The candidate should hold a bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field, 5+ years in HR with 2+ in supervision, and proficiency with HRIS, payroll, attendance, and Excel. English fluency is required; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in education or school sector preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in payroll administration and attendance management is an advantage.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

We are currently looking for HR Operation Supervisor who is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day human resources operations within the school, ensuring compliance with labor laws and internal policies while delivering efficient HR services to employees. The role manages employee lifecycle processes, supervises HR administrative functions, and supports the school's mission by maintaining high standards of HR operations and employee experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Previous experience in the education or school sector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
