Galileo is seeking an HR professional to support payroll, contracts management, and HRIS administration in a fast-paced environment in Riyadh. The role includes onboarding/offboarding, data accuracy, and reporting.
The ideal candidate has a degree in HR or related field and at least 1 year of HR-related experience, with strong knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and English proficiency.
Support monthly payroll activities by collecting and validating attendance, leave, and employee data.
Manage the payroll system (Zen HR ) and maintain accurate personnel records.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Prepare, amend, and renew employment contracts for staff and faculty.
Ensure employee documentation is complete and compliant with Saudi regulations.
Monitor contract deadlines and support renewal processes.
Manage local portal system ( QIWA ).
Maintain and update employee records within HR systems.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
Generate HR reports as required.
Assist with job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding activities.
Coordinate with hiring managers t hr oughout the recruitment process.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR , personnel administration, payroll, or recruitment.
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law (KSA) and HR administration processes.
Familiarity with payroll ( Zen HR ), employment contracts ( QIWA ), and HR operations.
Experience with HR IS platforms and HR data management.
Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
Proficient in Microsoft Office , particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
