They are looking to hire an experienced HR Manager for their operations in Jeddah and are specifically looking for a Saudi National who can support the continued growth within this region.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input and define all of the HR visions and goals for the region.
• Work closely with the General Manager to align HR policies and procedures, develop recruitment strategies and campaigns, and focus on key projects related to employee engagement, organisational development, and HR strategy.
• Manage a team of three direct reports and be responsible for an employee headcount of 600+ in Saudi Arabia.

• Proven track record of implementing change within an HR capacity.
