Job summary

ASBIS Arabia Distribution Company is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead HR and Administration operations in Saudi Arabia. The role ensures full compliance with Saudi labor laws, manages the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, and oversees office administration.

You will supervise HR Administration and Administrative teams, coordinate talent acquisition and onboarding, handle employee relations, performance support, and offboarding, and maintain HR records and contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 5+ years of HR management experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms.
• Experience leading HR operations, employee relations, and administration functions.
• Excellent communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage labor and government processes (GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, visas, permits, Saudization).
• Coordinate recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle: onboarding, relations, performance support, offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with policies and local labor regulations.
• Supervise HR administration and facilities management.
• Lead HR Administration and Administrative teams.
• Maintain HR records and contracts.
• Act as primary HR contact in Saudi Arabia.

The role will be responsible for ensuring full compliance with Saudi labor laws and government requirements, managing the employee lifecycle from recruitment to exit, and overseeing office administration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all labor and government-related processes, including GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem, visas, work permits, Saudization, and regulatory compliance.
• Support and coordinate recruitment activities, including talent acquisition and onboarding.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employee relations, performance support, and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations.
• Supervise office administration and facility management activities.
• Lead and develop the HR Administration and Administrative teams.
• Maintain HR records, contracts, and employee documentation.
• Act as the primary HR contact for employees and management in Saudi Arabia.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of HR management experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law and government platforms (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, etc.).
• Experience managing HR operations, employee relations, and administration functions.
• Proven leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
