Job summary

alfanar is seeking an experienced HR Systems Analyst to support and optimize HR systems across the employee lifecycle. The role involves coordinating with IT and vendors, analyzing processes, and driving automation to enhance efficiency and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 6–10 years of experience in HR technology, strong requirements gathering abilities, and hands-on experience with system design, testing, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or a related field.
• 6 to 10 years of work experience.
• Experience in HR systems, applications support, and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain HR systems.
• Coordinate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and issue resolution.
• Ensure system configuration aligns with HR policies and business needs.
• Analyze and improve HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, payroll, leave, and employee lifecycle.
• Develop standardized HR workflows and automate manual activities.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.
• Gather business requirements from HR stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications for IT.
• Support solution design and implementation.
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for HR system enhancements.
• Ensure quality and compliance with HR policies.
• Develop HR SOPs, policies, workflows, user guides, and process maps.
• Maintain HR process documentation and governance.
• Coordinate HR system changes and RFCs.
• Support digital HR initiatives and system rollouts.
• Conduct training sessions for HR users.
• Provide functional support and troubleshoot HR system issues.

Education

Bachelor Degree in Systems Analysis & Engineering or Any relevant field
