Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and employment regulations.
• Familiarity with Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, Muqeem.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• Fluent Arabic with good English.

Role Description:

The Human Resources Specialist will support day-to-day HR operations and help ensure consistent, fair, and compliant HR practices across the organization. This full-time, on-site role is based in Jeddah and involves managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating performance review processes, and supporting employee relations. The role includes administering employee benefits, helping implement HR policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate HR documentation. The Human Resources Specialist will collaborate with managers and team members, respond to HR-related inquiries, and provide guidance on HR standards and practices.

Qualifications

• Nationality: Must be a Saudi national.
• Location: Must be currently residing in Jeddah.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Human Resources.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law, HR policies, procedures, and employment regulations.
• Familiarity with government HR platforms, including Qiwa, GOSI, Mudad, and Muqeem.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and personnel administration.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HR management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent command of Arabic and good proficiency in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
