Job summary

AimGulf in Riyadh is seeking an Analyst – HR Analytics and Reporting to transform workforce data into actionable insights. You will build dashboards in Power BI, run analyses on talent acquisition, turnover, retention, and engagement, and present findings to HR leadership.

The role collaborates with HR partners and IT, supports governance and compliance, and automates recurring reports to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• Certifications in HR analytics or Power BI are preferred.
• Experience with HR systems or analytics is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and scorecards.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports for leadership.
• Support HR planning through predictive and descriptive analytics.
• Ensure data integrity across HRIS and related systems.
• Translate data into executive-ready insights.
