Job summary

IHG Hotels & Resorts' First Vignette Collection Hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel) seeks a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations and maintain the highest cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

You will supervise room and public area cleaning, conduct inspections, train colleagues, manage guest requests, and collaborate with departments to resolve issues, always upholding our standards and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of housekeeping experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations and linen management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure everything is clean, well-maintained, and in good condition.
• Ensure guest requests, VIP arrangements, and special requirements are handled promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor team performance and supervise daily housekeeping activities, coaching, and training as needed.
