Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of housekeeping experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and linen management.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational priorities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met and guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Coordinate guest requests, VIP arrangements, and special requirements promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and collaborate with departments to resolve issues.
• Support cost-control by managing supplies and equipment and monitoring inventory.

We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team at the First Vignette Collection Hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (Carlton Al Moaibed Hotel). This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensure guest rooms and public areas meet hotel standards, and support the team in delivering memorable guest experiences.

A Little Taste of Your Day-to-Day

Guest Experience

• Supervise the cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct regular room and public area inspections to ensure everything is clean, well-maintained, and in good condition.
• Ensure guest requests, VIP arrangements, and special requirements are handled promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
• Ensure housekeeping services consistently meet hotel standards and guest expectations.

People

• Supervise daily housekeeping activities and assign tasks according to hotel occupancy and operational needs.
• Monitor team performance and ensure all duties are completed efficiently and on time.
• Coach and train colleagues to improve performance and maintain service standards.
• Ensure team members follow hotel policies, safety procedures, and grooming standards.
• Support the team during busy periods and assist with deep-cleaning activities when required.

Financial

• Monitor the use of housekeeping supplies, amenities, linen, and equipment to control costs and minimize waste.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Ensure housekeeping equipment is used correctly and maintained in good working condition.
• Support departmental cost-control initiatives and efficient resource management.

Responsible Business

• Follow hotel health, safety, hygiene, and environmental procedures.
• Ensure cleaning chemicals are handled, stored, and used safely.
• Support environmental initiatives by reducing waste and conserving water and energy.
• Ensure lost-and-found items are recorded and handled according to hotel procedures.
• Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned and support the Manager on Duty when required.

What We Need from You

• High school diploma or equivalent.
