The First Vignette Collection Hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia invites applications for a motivated Housekeeping Supervisor. You will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years of housekeeping experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good knowledge of housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, and linen management.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organization skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage daily operational priorities.

Responsabilités

• Supervise cleaning and servicing of guest rooms and public areas to maintain high cleanliness and presentation.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure standards are met and guest satisfaction is maintained.
• Coordinate guest requests, VIP arrangements, and special requirements promptly.
• Respond professionally to guest concerns and collaborate with departments to resolve issues.
• Support cost-control by managing supplies and equipment and monitoring inventory.
