SilverShoots in Riyadh is seeking a visionary Director of Sales to lead the hotel's commercial strategy and revenue growth. You will shape market initiatives, supervise a high-performing team, and align with leadership to exceed targets across all segments.

You will manage key accounts, oversee budgets, forecast revenue, and ensure compliant practice while cultivating strategic partnerships in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience in senior sales leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that deliver measurable results and exceed targets.
• Experience managing key accounts and developing new business opportunities with revenue generation.
• Ability to supervise, mentor, and develop sales teams in a high‑performance culture.
• Excellent analytical and financial reporting skills with attention to detail.
