Job summary

The Red Palace, a luxury hotel in Riyadh, seeks a Director of Sales to lead the hotel’s sales strategy and drive sustainable revenue growth. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or related field is required.
• 7–10 years of progressive sales experience in luxury hotels or resorts.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine the hotel’s overall sales strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet revenue and market share targets.
• Drive business development with key accounts including corporate, leisure, groups and partners.
• Build relationships with clients, travel trade partners, and internal leadership.
• Oversee negotiations, pricing strategies, and account production.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and inventory.
• Analyze market trends and performance data to identify opportunities and risks.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and market insights for senior management.
• Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and go-to-market initiatives.
• Partner with Operations to ensure delivery of contracted business and guest satisfaction.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and sales missions.
