Job summary

Stella Stays is seeking an Operations Specialist in Riyadh to serve as the backbone of daily property management, ensuring high standards of maintenance and service. You will implement management strategies, oversee budgets, and coordinate with trusted service providers to uphold exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires 2–3 years in operations or facilities management, strong communication, and leadership skills in a fast‑paced, high‑growth hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, property management, or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of day‑to‑day operational processes and service standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and budget management skills.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, renovation, and repair activities.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest concerns and operational issues promptly to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Remain available during emergencies to ensure guests are safe, supported, and well taken care of.
• Prepare and share operational reports and respond promptly to requests.
• Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and operational planning.
• Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and in line with SLAs.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date operational records daily.
• Coordinate with approved service providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs, including obtaining quotations, overseeing the work, and managing costs within the approved budget.
• Understand and coordinate the responsibilities of service providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Support the achievement of budget targets by identifying practical and cost‑effective solutions.
• Improve guest satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow‑up, and effective problem‑solving.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, service quality, and overall efficiency.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure smooth operations and consistent service delivery.
