Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in operations, property management, or facilities management.
• Knowledge of property management processes and daily operations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and budget management skills.
• Experience coordinating maintenance, renovations, and repairs.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, contractors, and service providers effectively.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other operational tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle guest concerns and operational issues promptly to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Remain available during emergencies to ensure guests are safe, supported, and well taken care of.
• Prepare and share operational reports and respond promptly to requests.
• Oversee daily property operations, including budget management and operational planning.
• Coordinate with providers for maintenance, renovations, and repairs, obtaining quotes and managing costs.
• Improve guest satisfaction through clear communication, timely follow-up, and effective problem-solving.
