Job summary

Accor, a leading hospitality group, invites applications for a Training & Development Manager at Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on shaping and delivering the hotel’s training strategy to drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in HRM/Hotel Management.
• Minimum 3 years of training/facilitation experience.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English & French.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation, implementation and facilitation of the Hotel Training Plan and budget.
• Conduct annual training needs analysis and coordinate with department managers to identify training opportunities.
• Initiate, coordinate, deliver and follow-up on all training activities.
• Develop and manage a central internal resource library of videos/books/magazines for employees.
• Share responsibilities for integration and orientation of new hires.
