Job summary

Accor Hotels is seeking a Training Coordinator in Saudi Arabia to provide administrative support, develop training materials, and coordinate schedules across departments. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, HR, Education or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in training, learning & development, or hospitality operations.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and logistical support for all training functions.
• Help prepare training materials, presentations, manuals, and SOP documentation.
• Maintain accurate training records, attendance logs, and employee development files.
• Support employee engagement activities.
• Coordinate training schedules with department heads and employees.
• Support the Training Manager in identifying training needs and development gaps.
• Ensure training rooms and materials are properly prepared and organized.
• Assist in tracking compliance with mandatory training programs (safety, service, brand standards).
• Promote a positive learning culture aligned with FAENA standards.
• Ensure all training activities reflect luxury hospitality expectations and brand values.
• Assist in updating training content to reflect operational changes and service enhancements.
