Job summary

Accor, Sofitel Shahd Al Madinah, invites applications for a Training & Development Manager to lead the hotel’s training strategy. You will shape the Training Plan, coordinate needs analyses with department heads and oversee both internal and external training initiatives to elevate service standards.

You will manage records, foster partnerships with industry bodies, and drive onboarding processes while ensuring policy alignment and reporting. Fluency in English and French is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM or Hotel Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of training/facilitation experience.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English & French.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and monitor the Hotel Training Plan and budget aligned with hotel goals.
• Coordinate annual training needs analysis with department managers.
• Deliver and follow-up on all training activities.
• Develop partnerships with industry associations and external training providers.
• Maintain training records and a centralized resource library.
• Support onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
• Prepare and submit training reports.
