Job summary

InterContinental Riyadh is seeking a proactive HR Coordinator to support recruitment, onboarding, and HR operations within the hotel. This role focuses on maintaining employee files, coordinating training, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities: CV screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-up.
• Support onboarding and offboarding: documentation, orientation, exit interviews.
• Maintain and update employee files, HR systems, databases, recruitment trackers.
• Prepare HR letters, certificates, reports, and employment documents.
• Respond to employee inquiries and support employee relations and engagement.
• Coordinate training and trainee programs, and employee development activities.
• Ensure HR procedures comply with policies and labor requirements.
• Coordinate with departments to ensure smooth HR operations and timely tasks.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow hotel policies and IHG standards.
