IHG Hotels & Resorts is seeking an IT Specialist to support daily hotel IT operations at Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard. The role covers hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure, ensuring reliable tech support and secure systems in line with IHG standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2–4 years of IT support experience, with familiarity in Opera PMS, POS, and Active Directory as a plus. Diploma or Bachelor’s in IT/CS preferred; on-site work in Riyadh.

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field.
2–4 years IT support experience; hospitality exposure is preferred.

Responsabilités

Provide first-line IT support for hardware, software, network, and system issues across hotel departments.
Maintain and monitor hotel systems including Opera PMS, POS, email, internet, telephony and other business apps.
Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, printers, network devices and other IT equipment.
Monitor network performance, Wi‑Fi, and system availability to minimize downtime.
Perform routine maintenance, backups, and antivirus management.
Manage user accounts and access per security policies.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and maintenance.
Support IT projects, system upgrades, and technology implementations.
Ensure compliance with IHG IT policies and data protection requirements.
Provide basic user training on hotel IT systems.
